In 2020, amidst a global shutdown, I made a bold move: I relocated across the country to launch a new career in property management. Joining the team, I encountered a culture steeped in survival mode—burnout, blame, and internal conflict were rampant. However, I knew there was a better way.
Leveraging 20+ years of leadership and people development, I focused on building a people-first culture.
My passion: creating meaningful work environments where individuals thrive. Over the past five years, I’ve spearheaded the development of our people operations, scaling from 17 to 50+ employees and 550 to 1,100+ properties, with ambitious growth plans ahead.
My focus is designing systems that reflect our core values, empowering our team to flourish. Multiple "Best Places to Work" awards and franchise-wide recognition are gratifying, but the ultimate reward is hearing, "This is the best place I’ve ever worked."
